WHAT THIS WORK IS NOT
A Boundary Manifesto for The Lodger Within
This work exists to support clarity. To protect that purpose, it’s important to be clear about what this work is not.
This work is not therapy, trauma processing, or diagnosis.
It does not excavate the past or relive painful experiences.
It is not manifestation, reality control, or identity optimization.
It does not promise constant calm, enlightenment or a perfected self.
It does not bypass emotion, responsibility or real-world repair.
It does not replace medical, psychological or relational support.
It is not, guru-led or personality-driven.
Nothing here asks you to believe.
The only authority is your own direct seeing.
This work is quiet.
It is precise.
It is grounded.
It is about seeing what reacts
and letting it fall away.
This work is not about becoming someone new. It is simply about seeing what you are not. Nothing here adds to you. It removes what never belonged.
This work does not create dependence. It does not position a teacher as the source.
This work does not compete for belief. It does not require agreement, only observation.
This is not a place to analyse others. The work is inward.
We do not use these ideas to label, fix or explain people in our lives.
This work does not diagnose, label or pathologize you. It recognizes structure, not identity.
This work is not loud. It is not persuasive. It does not chase attention.
This work is quiet by design. It unfolds slowly. It respects the nervous system.
The work is experiential. If you’re here to be fixed, motivated, reassured or guided step-by-step while you passively wait; If you are looking to be fed answers, techniques or certainty, this may not be the place. It will likely frustrate you.
If you’re here to see clearly, to stop being pulled by old conclusions and to return to what has always been steady,
welcome home.
